This provides a complete list of Greek words found in the two Platonic texts, Timaeus 17a-27b, Critias, arranged alphabetically, along with an English translation of each word. Readers who do not understand any of the words in the Greek texts can thus look them up easily in the Vocabulary. The meaning allocated to each term matches those provided in the Translation and the Commentary. The inclusion of the Vocabulary is especially helpful for students using the book as a means of developing their knowledge of Greek.
