In this section, we focus on some simple techniques for bringing people together. We look at workshops you could use to foster co-creation around shared problems, surface some of the assumptions your company staff and university staff may bring to the partnership, and provide some initial guidance on confidentiality. You must at the same time, keep informal channels open, to keep listening and learning, and to be authentic. There is a tight rope here that you must walk.
